Senior IT Auditor /Cyber Security Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and driven IT Auditor/Cyber Security Specialist to join our dynamic and highly respected IT Security Team.

You can look forward to undertaking an exciting and wide range of IT audit, information risk management and information security advisory and assurance services for our private and public sector clients.

Successful candidates will demonstrate the following skills:

  • At least 5 years’ hands-on experience undertaking IT audit, risk management and cyber security assignments across the government and private sectors
  • Experience in developing and auditing ISO 27001 ISMSs
  • Experience in undertaking IT project assurance reviews and consultancies
  • Experience in undertaking IT continuity, recovery and resiliency reviews and consultancies
  • Experience in developing policies, procedures and providing training
  • Experience in running vulnerability scans and conducting penetration tests
  • IRAP and Commonwealth security clearances are highly valued
  • Must be an Australia citizen and based in NSW
  • Relevant qualifications completed or be working towards CISA, CISP, CISM, ISO 27001 Certified Lead Auditor or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to clients in both a technical and non-technical way
  • Superior client focus and business development skills, including assisting responding to RFTs and RFQs
  • Criminal background checks will be conducted
  • Role may be offered on a contractor or full time position basis, subject to skills and experience.
